TURN-AROUND TIME: Online orders are generally filled on the next business day. Shipping then takes another 2 to 4 business days. Overseas shipping by Global Priority Mail should be about one week.

A tip: Your order will be filled most quickly if you order online. It is secure and fast. However, we are glad to take your phone orders or mail orders. Phone orders generally take a day or two longer than online orders. If you order by mail and send a check, be sure to include the amount for shipping and California sales tax if you are a resident of California.


SALES TAX: California residents pay 7 1/4 % sales tax.

SHIPPING- USAShipping by U.S. Priority Mail is $4.75 for 1 to 4 DVDs. Shoes are $6.75 for one pair, 9.75 for two pairs.

If you need your item overnight please request this by phone or email. We will send it by Fed Ex and the charges will go directly to your credit card plus a $2 service charge to SavoyStyle. Overnight Shipping can cost between $20 and $50 depending upon the size of your package and the distance. OVERNIGHT AND SECOND DAY DELIVERY CANNOT BE USED ON PAYPAL ORDERS, ONLY REGULAR CREDIT CARD ORDERS. USA ONLY


SHIPPING- CANADA AND MEXICOGlobal Priority Mail: Even though you are right next door, it isn't any quicker to Canada and Mexico than to the rest of the world. Average is one week.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES, DUTIES, TAXES
Your country may charge you additional taxes or duties for foreign goods that enter the country. We give your purchases the lowest possible assessments. We recommend that you consider making two or more small orders to avoid exceeding the minimum amount, but we do not know what the minimum amount is for each country. Please email us any information about customs charges in your country that may be helpful to our customers.


SHIPPING - REVAMP CLOTHING Shipments of ReVamp clothing will be charged separately from the rest of your order. There will be a $10 charge for ReVamp shipping within the United States, for any number of ReVamp items in one order. Overseas shipments will generally be $25.


SHIPPING- OVERNIGHT AND 2ND DAY (USA ONLY)If you request it by email or phone, we use Federal Express for Overnight and 2nd Day shipping. We charge you a $2 service charge and Fed Ex will bill you credit card directly for the shipping charges. Costs vary, but will be considerably more expensive than Priority Mail.CANNOT BE ON PAYPAL ORDERS as we need your credit card information.

PAYMENT OPTIONS When ordering online you can use the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You can also use PayPal; after completing your order go to PayPal.com to make payment to SwingDanceShop@savoystyle.com

If you would like to pay by check or money order, do not order online. Just copy down the information and send it to us along with your check and money order. Be sure to calculate the shipping correctly and to add sales tax (7 1/4%) if you live in California.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

1.Videos, DVDs and CDs - There are no returns on opened Videos, DVDs or CDs unless they are defective. You may exchange any video, DVD or CD that is found to be defective for the same item and we will cover the postage. Contact us to let us know about the defective item and we will send you a replacement plus a stamped envelope to return the defective item.

2. Shoes - Shoes that have not been worn may be exchanged for different sizes or returned for a refund. Please return as soon as possible to:

Make sure to enclose a note that includes your name and invoice number and what you want: different size, different style or credit.

In order to allow returns and exchanges on shoes, we find it necessary to charge you shipping on every order and re-order.

4. Delayed Shoe Returns - We expect shoes to be returned promptly so that we can offer them to someone else. We reserve the right to charge a $10 restocking fee for shoes that are held over one month after they were received. And we reserve the right to add a charge of $10 for each additional 30 days that the shoes are held before return.
